PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE, FREE CASH FLOW, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN ASSETS GROWTH TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, free cash flow, corporate governance and asset growth on dividend policy. The object this research is 181 manufacturing company listed Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period. Sample selection was determined by purposive sampling method. In total, there are 24 companies that meet criteria. uses secondary data which analyzed using panel regression analysis processed application review 9. results indicate has a positive significant payout ratio, meaning able increase distribution. Furthermore, return assets current ratio have negative effect, an increased will reduce distribution dividends. debt-to-asset insignificant high not audit committee flow shareholders.
